Bunker is the 10th and final level to be unlocked in the main game.

It does not contain any Biomass samples (required skills), instead only having a Containment Unit.

Unlike the majority of the levels, most of the Hives in Bunker can be reached in any order, as the level focuses more on non-linear combat encounters.

Containment Unit No. 9

Found in a room that can be accessed through a door to the left of a Nuclear Core Dispenser.

Jungle Outpost

This sub-area is located at the top left section of Bunker. It contains 4 chambers, 2 of them being combat focused, and has one Hive.

The first chamber has 4 humans (2 holding assault rifles, 2 with flamethrowers) and a Power Node.

After that, the next room has a Scout Drone Holder, a Mech, and 7 humans (1 using an assault rifle, the rest wielding pistols). To open the door to reach the next chamber, the player must defeat all Scout Drones and the human inside the Mech.

The next chamber contains a Hive, as well as 4 humans and a rivet blocking the way to the next room, which has a one-way pipe leading back to Bunker's center area.

Excavation Site

A sub-area with 2 Hives, located at the top right section of the map, consisting of 4 chambers.

The first chamber is a combat section with 3 Sentry Drones, 2 flamethrower soldiers and 1 with an assault rifle. There are 2 lasers that activate the drones and a block door that stops the player from heading outside. There is also a Power Node, a Biomass Deposit, and a Hive on the other side of a wall. A door in the middle of the room leads to the next chamber.

The following chamber has 4 humans holding pistols and 4 unarmed ones. 2 timed levers are responsible for opening 2 doors leading to the Hive, a Biomass Deposit and a door leading to another chamber. To open the doors, a rivet must be removed to open the way for a web to activate the first lever, while the monster sits next to the second lever. There is also a Power Node in this room.

Entering the door leads to a room with 3 Mechs (1 empty), 3 flamethrower soldiers and 2 assault rifle soldiers piloting the other 2 mechs. To open the way forward, the 2 soldiers piloting the Mechs must be defeated.

Leaving that chamber leads to an empty room, that connects to that Hive that was on the other side of the wall. Going into the Hive also opens the wall, creating a path back to the initial area.

Caverns

Found at the bottom left section of Bunker, it begins with an underwater segment and 2 Sticky Bombs. There are multiple paths leading to different chambers, but to reach this area's Hive, the player must first head down, using Keratosis to get past the first bomb, and into the bottom pipe.

Next, the following chamber has 3 humans: 1 unarmed, 1 with a pistol and 1 with an assault rifle.

The next room has a floodgate blocking the way up, which only opens after defeating the Sentry Drone in the center. There are 2 humans wielding flamethrowers and 2 using assault rifles, as well as an unarmed one to the left, near the reinforced Power Node and the Biomass Deposit.

After that, the room above has a Hive, and from there the player must now head back to the center area. Entering the area required the use of Keratosis, depleting the monster's energy, which is now needed to get past the Sticky Bomb in the way. To access the Power Node in the previous room, a switch can be accessed by going to the right in the Hive room, and then left in the room with the underwater bombs. That switch raises the water and creates a path accessible with Hydrophilia, but closes the way upwards. The player must now lose Biomass in the nearby Deposit, activate the switch with a web to reactivate the floodgate, regain that Biomass, use Keratosis to get past the bomb, and head right towards the center area.

Pier

Located at the bottom right section of the map, it has 3 chambers and 1 Hive.

Entering the area, the player encounters 5 humans (2 assault rifles, 3 pistols).

The next chamber contains a Hive that can only be accessed by destroying the concrete obstacle blocking the way with a Sticky Bomb. There are 2 Sticky Bomb seatings nearby that can be activated with 2 switches, as well as a Power Node and 6 humans (2 assault rifles, 2 pistols, 2 unarmed).

To leave the area, there is a combat section in the next room that opens a floodgate leading outside. The combat section contains a turret, 2 Sentry Drones, a Scout Drone holder, a person with an assault rifle and 4 unarmed humans. The turret and Sentry Drones can be disabled by activating a switch nearby with a web. Defeating the Scout Drones opens the floodgate and 2 block doors standing in the way.
