List of enemies

Image Type Description
Humans Humans The most common enemy type in Carrion, and the main source of Biomass.

Humans can open and close doors, climb ladders, pilot Mechs and, if they have a weapon, shoot at the monster.

Depending on the weapon they have equipped, humans can wear armor. Armored humans (commonly known as "Soldiers") take half as much damage and cannot be consumed. They can also activate a shield in front of them in order to repel the monster.

Mech.png Mechs An armored walking vehicle capable of shooting a rapid-firing gatling gun.

It has 3 layers of armor that can be pulled, shot with webs, or damaged with bullets, Xiphorrhea or Harpagorrhea.

Turret variants.png Turrets An invincible stationary enemy that scans the area, looking for hostiles.

It will start shooting as soon as it detects a monster, continuing fire until the target is eliminated or out of sight.

There are 3 variations of turrets: one that shoots bullets, a Flamethrower turret, and an unused Scout Probe turret that sends a signal upon detecting an enemy.

Sentry drone and drone seating.png Sentry Drones A flying drone that, upon detecting a monster, activates a shield and shoots 6 bullets at a time.

It can be hit with a web or grabbed, taking 3 hits against a wall or floor to be destroyed.
Sentry Drones can be defeated instantly with Xiphorrhea, Harpagorrhea, or by hitting it with an object while it is stunned.

Scout drone and missile tank.png Scout Drones A quadcopter drone that follows the monster and cuts them with its propeller blades.

They usually come out of Scout Drone Holders (Missile Tank) that let out 4 scout drones when a monster enters its proximity.

List of hazards

Image Type Description
TBA C4 An explosive charge, used in the first Flashback Sequence to open a path forward.
StickyBomb.jpg Sticky Bombs A timed bomb that will attach itself to any being that crosses its detection light.

After 5 seconds, it explodes and destroys whatever it is attached to and its surroundings. Kills the monster if attached directly to it, deals 1 damage if in range but not attached, and can be blocked with Keratosis.

Depletes the monster's entire energy bar if Keratosis is active when damaged by the explosion.

Turbine.png Turbines An environmental hazard that damages on contact. Can split even armored humans in half.

Depletes the monster's entire energy bar if Keratosis is active when damaged by the turbine.
